....19 days later and we're still wishing we were walking the streets of downtown Disney, eating the world's biggest meal at the Beer Garden German Buffet and sprinting for fast passes while logically planning what to do after obtaining the fast passes.
Crazy? We might just be a little obsessed.
Sure, the entertainment and dining options are top notch. My favorite part is witnessing the excitement in the kid's eyes when they see something that amazes them, like the life size Woody & Buzz in the Hollywood Studio's Parade of Fun, or experiencing the Star Wars 3D ride for the very first time, or taking my mom on the Hollywood Tower of Terror at night. The Holiday Lights Show in Hollywood Studios may have taken the cake this time....
Above all, the thing that I miss the most is the camaraderie of my family. When we vacation together it never feels like I'm with family - it feels more a trip with eight of my very best friends. You bounce back and forth between everyone - all ages and of all different interests. We never get bored together. We always laugh. And we 100% of the time enjoy the company of one another.
That is true family.
Disney just brings us all together in a 70 degree environment. I'll take that any day.
