Little Hands.

There's something about little hands...

By looks, you can tell just how curious they are. It's the dirty fingernails, the wrinkly knuckles and the sweaty palms. It's catching the little fingers wandering in places they shouldn't be...like the occasional nostril or Theo's dog food bowl. It's standing on the side watching little hands trying to count & stack pennies, or so carefully building model paper airplanes, or playing with a braid in her hair while (not) paying attention on the soccer field. 

I love these little hands. Everything about them.

And I miss them more & more every time I have to leave them.
